The Isolation Museum

www.isolationmuseum.com On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. This has led many countries to encourage their citizens to stay at home, isolate, or go into quarantine to prevent widespread community transmission. Being forced to stay home not only changes our relationship to each other, but also changes our relationships to our spaces. I began The Isolation Museum to document my thoughts on my space, starting with a handmade clock built by my sister. You can visit this artifact in the museum here, or you can listen to the audio story below. Enjoying my process, I opened The Isolation Museum to the public and encouraged others to also share their isolation stories with each other. Portia Social Media Campaign

Portia is a company the creates software for Applied Behaviour Analysis clinics to help therapists and clinicians create, follow, and track curriculum for children on the Autism spectrum. This social media campaign was designed to grow Portia’s brand awareness amongst clinics, clinicians, and parents and featured posts on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Linkedin as well as a YouTube commercial. A full social media analysis was conducted to determine the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses as well as its position amongst its competitors. The posts were divided into four categories (advertisements, quotes, “info-bytes”, and blog posts) and were written to demonstrate the advantages that Portia creates for the children undergoing ABA therapy.
